Resumen
Durante esta fase se examinaron las condiciones técnicas de los equipos de cómputo en el área de telecomunicaciones de la estación Inspección General de Policía. Se detectaron deficiencias en el rendimiento general de los sistemas, originadas por la ausencia de rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo. Esta situación ha provocado interrupciones frecuentes en las actividades diarias, afectando la agilidad con la que los funcionarios acceden a la información y ejecutan sus labores operativas.
Abstract
During this phase, the technical conditions of the computer equipment in the telecommunications area of the General Police Inspection station were examined. Performance deficiencies were identified, primarily caused by the lack of preventive maintenance routines. This issue has led to frequent interruptions in daily activities, affecting the speed at which officers access information and carry out their operational duties.
